毎年の初め、1月1日に、くじ引きでその年の誕生日を決めるパフォーマンス。
戸籍上の名前も性別も変更したものの、マイナンバーカードではそれらが小さい追記欄にしか表記されず、デッドネームや生活をしていない性別があたかもメインのように鎮座したままだ。なので、本人確認として提示された場で、本人ではないのではないか、という行き違いが必ず起こる。
これは日本でトランスジェンダーの他に、夫婦別姓が認められていないことから、苗字が変更した側も同じことが起こりうる。

では、生年月日もランダムでも構わないのではないか？
これらの経験から、このパフォーマンスを2024年より開始し、継続している。

At the beginning of each year, on January 1, a performance is held to determine the year’s birthday by drawing lots.
Although he has changed both his name and gender in the family register, these are only indicated in a small additional column on his my number card, and his dead name and non-living gender are still indicated as if they were his main one. Therefore, there will always be a miscommunication where the card is presented as identification and the person may not be the person in question.
This is the same thing that could happen to the transgender people who changed their names, as well as to those whose surnames have been changed, since married couples are not allowed to have separate surnames in Japan.
A certificate that does not serve as proof of identity. Wouldn’t it be okay if the birthdate, which is also displayed in the same way, is random?
